Please read our Business Policy below. By proceeding to schedule an appointment you are acknowledging you have read and accept the terms of Heal N Flow's business policy. 

Please review the Business Policy below and let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

  • There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please make sure to let me know immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or changes made less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to 50% charge of the total service amount.

  • We require a card on file through secure Square Payment Processing during sign-up and scheduling.

  • Late arrivals will be treated as the normal session time. For example, if we schedule for 10-11am and you show up at 10:15, the session will still stop at 11am. due to respect for other clients that are booked afterwards.

  • Heal N Flow is located in Sola Salon studio 6. Feel free to take a seat on one of the benches positioned in the hallway and wait until I am ready for you.

  • Please let me know if you have any Covid/Flu-like symptoms, such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath 72 hours prior to your appointment or if you have been exposed to someone within the past 5 days.

  • Mask Policy: Up to the individual. If you prefer masks on, then I will use a mask.

  • No pets are allowed inside the studio as other clients may have allergies.
